ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A $1000 refundable vehicle damage deposit.· Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license to rent and 18+ with valid driver’s license to operate.· ALL PASSENGERS/RIDERS MUST BE PRESENT AT CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.· There are no age requirements, however all riders must be able to sit down with their back to the seat with both feet on the floor with their hands on the overhead bar.· RZRs cannot be trailed and must be drove off and back on the property at check-in/check-out time.· Helmets and seat belts are required.· NO DRINKING AND DRIVING
